Login to the Portal

Add or Import an Order
Click Add New Order and either fill in the form manually, or upload the supplier's PDF purchase order. Google Gemini AI reads the PDF and auto-fills every field — PO number, supplier, line items, amounts, and dates.
💡 Tip: AI import saves 3–4 minutes per order on average.

Track Status & Update
As the order progresses, update its status (Received → Processing → Dispatched → Delivered). Add notes, set expected ship dates, enter the tracking number for live shipment tracking.
💡 Tip: Set the delivery partner and tracking number as soon as you dispatch.

Stay on Top with Reminders
The system automatically reminds you every 24 hours about active orders. If an order is due in 3 days or less, alerts escalate. Overdue orders fire immediate priority notifications.

If a supplier or external procurement partner needs to check order status, generate a secure share link. They see a read-only view — no login needed, no access to other orders.
